Backdoor bifrose on my system

Problem Summary: Backdoor bifrose on my system
Hi, few day ago my antivirus (Symantec)detect Backdoor.bifrose virus and from that time my computer is malfunctioning - also I can start the antivirus neither reinstall this again - I get a message RTVSCAN.EXE can't be load...

and I hve two files on my root directory c: called auto2.pif autorun.inf I deleted these, and when I restart the computer come back.
