the program 9129837.exe keeps asking to connect to the internet to receive incoming messages and information. it will not let me run any security programs and whenever i try to the computer gets shutdown. i have found the location of this program and was told to go to the task manager to stop the program from running, but the program has disabled the task manager and i can't get it back up. so i don't know what else to do on how to get rid of this
