I have Norton Antivirus Corporate Edition (version 7.60.926) installed on my computer (winXP). It does not have an internet connection (I use another computer for this) and I manually update the definitions using the Intelligent Updater files from time to time. I used my USB pen drive to transfer some files from my college computer to mine and my system got infected with BACKDOOR.IRC.BOT. The Symantec website asks us to just delete the infected file (SPOOLSV.EXE) after fully scanning the system but it just says "Delete Failed" when I try to delete the file and the file is "Left alone".
