Installed Microsoft update on 4/15 - now can\'t restore system, can\'t listen to internet radio (Pandora), can\'t view some videos

Problem Summary: Installed Microsoft update on 4/15 - now can\'t restore system, can\'t listen to internet radio (Pandora), can\'t view some videos
I thought I was updating the MS security feature.

Now, \"runonce\" comes up as my home page. I can access Yahoo, but I can\'t change it to the default.

All of the stations that we programmed for my husband on Pandora are gone. When he clicks the icon a blank home page comes up with just the links that are typically at the bottom of a home page.

He can go to Pandora.com and log in, but there is no music under any of the stations.

Most of the links to his Favorites are inactive now, and he can\'t view videos.

I tried Restore System (using Accessories then System Tools - or whatever it is), but when it pops up, it\'s blank.

I can\'t remember how to do the reconfigsys that a tech walked me through a few years ago.

The other night when I was doing searches regarding runonce and system restore, I could not print the pages. In Print Preview - the pages came up blank. And, at one point, my computer froze up.

I\'m sure there have been other problems that I\'ve encountered since runonce installed itself on our computer, but I can\'t think of them at the moment.

Thanks for your help!!
