Hi, when the windows os has been loaded and the PC ready for use, this window pop up with the message \"cpqset.exe - application error, application failed to initialise properly\". I\'m not too sure but the main problem is I can\'t log-on to the internet. My ISP has done all their diagnostic and told me it was my PC that has a problem.
