I click OK and I get another dialogue box saying

I cleaned the registry with a registry cleaner but to no avail.

Currently csrss.exe is using 95% to 100% of my cpu, and of course my computer will barely function. It would appear that I have a bad csrss file and need to fix and/or replace it. How do I accomplish this.
