Event log

Problem Summary: Event log
I recently got my laptop repaired and I went to go pick it up. When I got home, I turned on my computer, then I noticed this pop up that appeared at the bottom right corner of my laptop, it said that \'\'your computer has been logged on with a temporary profile, changes that you make to your computer will be lost when you log off. I\'ve tried everything to fix this problem. Nothing has helped so far. What should I do?
