Hi there I spoke with a tech on Friday and I did the SDAT scan to help remove a virus but it is still there. I think it is a iexplorer.exe because when I start my computer an advertisement plays in the background and I have to click on Alt Ctl Del and end the process of iexplorer.exe. Also I can't download any new programs such as Photo Shop or any programs the require to run to setup my computer will not let me run the program.
