Hello,

Quite often (not constantly) my CPU shoots up to 100% when I am surfing the web. The culprit is \"iexplore.exe\" which usually fluctuates anywhere between 70-95%. THis can go on for hours. I\'ve tried everything from Symantec Antivirus to AdAware, SpyBot, Defender, WIndows updates, disk cleanup, delete temporary files, defrag, etc. and all are updated. i\'ve had several suggestions such as reformat XP or update the modem or reinstall IE 7.0. Isn;t there a simpler solution? I have Intel Celeron, 2.6 Ghz, 1 GB RAM, Soyo computer. Please help. Thank you.
