Hello, I am using Cyber Family Alert 3.10. It has worked fine for the past 1.5 years. Then I visited the Cyber Alert website and I could no longer use my hot keys. I tried uninstalling the program through the run menu. However, the computer said that it could not find the program. Then, I inserted the CD and tried to reinstall. The computer said that the file already exists do you want to replace it... I did. The hot keys still didn\'t work. Then I went back to the Cyber Alert website and accidently downloaded the trial version. I now have a trial version with limited ussage. I want to get my original Cyber Alert back, how do I do so? when i attempt to update with the live update under tools the following happens: i click update and it shows update progress and completion, the box closes and an error message comes up in a new box \"System Error &H80040111 (-2147221231). ClassFactory cannot supply requested class\". Then Family CyberAlert is no longer running.

I recently switched from comcast internet to verizon internet. Scince switching, my computer, Windows Vista with 2 user accounts, has stopped keeping the cyber alert logs. On the primary user account, you cannot call up the program using the hot keys. On the secondary account, you can call up cyber alert, but it has recorded nothing. Also, CTRL SHFT F1 bring up a window for parental controls, or something like that. It did this before, but Cyber Alert came up anyway.
