I am also a WoW player and been hacked lately. I did perform the follwings: \r\n1. ATF clean\r\n2. full Ad-aware scan\r\n3. full spybot search & destroy scan\r\n4. Avast! full scan\r\n5. Whenever i start WoW (wow.exe or launcher.exe) it the game is trying to redirect to a malicious url (which i do not want to post here, so other posters can not click it, but i can give the name in private), and from that site it tries to download a trojan called win32:rootkit-gen (rtk)\r\n\r\nAfter no cleaners could identify it i tried Hijackthis and cleaned all suspiciuos and unnecessary registrations. Did not solve the issue, so I used Combofix. That did not clean it either. As a last attempt i deleted WoW and reinstalled, but it is still back.\r\n\r\nI tried to search other forums, but it seems this is a new and rather classy keylogger, and it looks that noone knows how to clean it.\r\n\r\nplease Heeeelp! \r\n\r\n:P \r\n\r\n
