Problem Summary: facebook entries and browser freezes

I am a facebook member and I recieved a video I tried to open it but it said I needed flash installed I tried to install it but it did nothing but send a video to all my facebook friends..and installed some files on my pc wich my anti virus program picked up on sent it to vault deleted all accosiated files I could find turned off all processes... still when I boot my pc it is back the files were xxe files on my computer.
