When I open the Customize option, then the Customize window opens and then I can not do anything with it and the Customize window cannot be closed.

Problem Summary: buttons on ms office shortcut bar don't work

i have created a toolbar on the shortcut bar in which i put shortcut buttons to websites that i want to visit with single click. The buttons have worked until recently. When i click on a website shortcut button, it brings up a print window. when i click on regular shortcut buttons to open programs, those work just fine. the only problem is the shortcut buttons that open websites. i use windows xp and ms office 2000 shortcut bar
