Some time ago, I uninstalled the NielsenRating program as I thought that it was giving me some trouble with the Internet Explorer. Shortly after I found out that it was another small program that was the culprit. I tried to re-install the NielsenRating program but was unable to do so even after several attempts. It seems that the program gets downloaded but does not install. Since then I tried to download another program and it did the ssame thing. Can you help?
