Problem Summary: frequent disconnections
playing poker has become a huge nightmare. My isp is irishbroadbad a fixed wireless network and I am useing a linksys router. I have opened the ports that pacific poker has emailed to me and I have added them to my trusted sites in windows firewall. Please help as this is driving us all mad. 3 of us play at pacific and we are all going mad at this stage. My dell pc is windows xp and my laptop is vista.

hello. not sure if you can help?
basically i\'d quite like to play pacific poker but it will not install.
i go to the web site and download the software install file. then run it. it starts downloading the files it needs. the time till complete goes down as expected and the percentage bar indicating it progress goes up. all this is fine. the problem is when it get to 100% rather than an install wizard appearing, the time remaining sky rockects to about 456min remaining. if you leave it running then after about 5mins a windows error message pops up saying its encountered an problem and needs to close.
i\'ve tried reinstalling my os and turning off all my security but still no joy.
any idea\'s?
