cannot remove virus \"JS/Pakes\"

Problem Summary: cannot remove virus \"JS/Pakes\"
My anti virus program identified a file called:
C:\\My Documents\\Documents & Settings/Owner/Local Settings/Temporary Internet Files/Content IE5/2YVD8PCC/index[1].htm
The program (AVG) cannot remove the virus or repair the file.
I cannot locate the path (\"owner\" does not show in windows explorer)

do you have a solution?
