Problem Summary: Paltalk internet connection issues

Hello there, I have been a user of paltalk for quite a few years and I have noticed that over all this time I have had continuous internet connection issues. I fear that certain persons might have spied on my computer and somehow mucked with the internet connectivity, as well as trying to prevent me from even using paltalk properly, as it regularly crashes these days. While trying to resolve the connectivity to the internet my Windows 7 help is mentioning something about NAT but I don't understand how to solve the problem. I really do think that either one or several people behind the scenes at paltalk have it in for me and I want to stop any spying or hacking for once and for all. Please help. Many thanks.
