When the PC start, the dates always back to year 2000

Problem Summary: When the PC start, the dates always back to year 2000
Every time the PC and laptop start, the date is year 2000. I\'ve changed it back to 2008, saved and restart PC. Back to year 2000 again.

I believed there is a virus on the USB flash disk that caused the problem, since only this usb flash disk been into both machine.

Done a virus check with SpyBot on it, found nothing. But when i uncheck the \"Hide protected operating files\" in Folder Option in control panel, i\'ve found a SOS.exe file and an autorun.inf running this sos.exe.

Any suggestion of how to change the dates back to 2008?
