  • Go to the installation folder of Google Chrome: C:\Users\"your username"\AppData\Local\Google\Chrome\Application\User Data.

  • In the User Data folder, look for a file named as Default and rename it to DefaultBackup.

  • Launch Google Chrome and a new clean Default file will be created.

Warning: This option might not work if in Google Chrome you use online synchronization between PCs. In this case use free option Reset Browsers under Tools in Stronghold AntiMalware.

Mozilla Firefox

  • Open Firefox

Fuí a eliminar programas del panel de control y desinstalé el eazel bar y ya no apareció más en ningún lado, sin embargo cuando abro el navegador de Google Chrome aparece este como motor de búsqueda predeterminado. Entré en configuración del navegador pero no encuentro ningun ítem que me permita eliminarlo del navegador. Ahora en este momento se está ejecutando el programa de ustedes, espero que lo saque porque ya no sé que hacer. Me tiene muy cansado. Gracias.
