2 days ago my pc wouldn't get past the welcome screen without freezing.I started up in safe mode and started system restore.Now it starts up ok,but I get errors on shut down,in particular"fdm not responding"(free download manager)which I have not even opened,and most programs are very slow.I have recently run an avg scan and it says there are no threats.Before it crashed i tried to uninstall several programs in particular "safari" during which the computer froze.I have run Ccleaner to clear temp files,defragged,and ran the Ccleaner Registry fix.
