my flash drive contained many folders. all these are converted to exe files. it generates recycler every time the folders were opened . the folders couldnt be opened

Hi, I am using windows Vista home premium.I transferred some data using USB drive when the Virus infected my PC.The anti virus Mcafee detected some trojan and removed it. Later when i restarted my computer it started giving me error that \"ntvdm has stopped working\" and started installing some document. I checked my drives and found MSOcache and $recycler folder in all the folders. Same time i noticed that all other folders are converted into exe application with same name with size of 90kb.Also it ate up my d drive as it shows 29 GB used out of 40 gb but on opening it says this drive is empty. Please Help me with this issue thanks in advance.
