Problem Summary: .ttc.exe temp
so my friend was getting rid of his laptop..the thing is junk but he still had some stuff that he needed on there.. so i said i would see what i can do. i managed to get the stuff he needed and downloaded it to my computer to send to him.. the moment i did this i got a pop up saying computer infected! and all that stuff.. so now when i turn my computer on that pop up is my back round. i cant change it and i don\'t even have the display option anymore. i also cant listen to music or watch videos, i cant download or install anything. hmm what else..? ohh IEXPLORER.EXE is always running and my firefox browser is extremely slow and pretty much doesn\'t work, this doesn\'t make any sense considering i have Fios. the only way i can run my computer is in some kind of safe mode. if i run it regularly my computer will shut down with the blue screen of death saying all these errors. ohh and sometimes it says my computer is shutting down because of a problem with .ttc.exe temp... and i think thats about it. help is very much appreciated.
