A folder is automatically created within all the folders with the same name as parent folder and with a .exe extension. It disabled task manager, registry tools, Folder options. sending messages to my contacts in gtalk list to visit some url like cam url. Please suggest a way to remove this virus

There are folders created with the same name as the parent folder in all drives of the system. While checking the properties, it is not a folder, but an application with some features and not a folder.
There is a popup of Yahoo and Gtalk messenger in every 10 min trying to connect to Internet. I do not use Internet, where I think am safe, on the machine which is affected with this Virus. Kindly help with the solution and get this fixed ASAP.

One of my PC has been infected and we dont have any antivirus or security software installed on that PC. The virus Duplicates the folder within same folder(.exe) and by same name. It doesnt even allow us to install any antivirus software , or even we are unable to run anything on it once we run anything it straight away closes it back.
The doubted files are autorun.inf & abk.bat
