I am Stephanie Doutzen Marlish, from the Philippines and I am having problems uninstalling the older version "4.6" and installing the demo version "5.0". Here is what I did last night around 10:00 p.m. Step 1, I did run the ek_setup.exe and when I click the final button for it to start installing, a window popped out saying it does not support 64 bit operating system yet. Now Step 2, knowing the installation was a failure, I downloaded a demo/trial version build 5.0 and again ran the ek_setup.exe, a window popped out and said that it cannot proceed with the installation because the "4.6" was installed in the system. Now my problem is, how can I remove the "4.6"? I've tried restarting the system and unhiding it but didn't work.

I Installed EK 5.0.183 last night (23/07/12) and set to it install in invisible mode. It then told me I had to reboot the PC and it would show me how to unhide the program.

I rebooted my PC and when ever I get to the desktop the PC freezes. It freezes while all the startup programs are loading and all the icon files on the desktop are starting up.

The whole PC freezes and I cant even open the Task Manager or anything.. I have tried waiting for 30 minutes.. still frozen.. I have tried opening a Task Manager.. wont work at all.
