Hi. I\'m using keylogger version 4.3 on Windows Vista. Due to I install the trial version previously on that machine. After I uninstall it, then I was reinstalled back, it prompts me an error \"cannot create config preferences\". I have installed it in invisible mode and when I try and type unhide from the run command, I am then prompted for my password which works but then it will close after I get the error \"unable to retrieve keylogger preferences.
