How to fix Win-Spy
This problem can be solved manually by deleting all registry keys and files connected with Win-Spy, removing it from starup list and unregistering all corresponding DLLs. Additionally missing DLL's should be restored from distribution in case they are corrupted by Win-Spy.

1. Kill the following processes and delete the appropriate files:
• msn32.exe
• OutlookExpress.exe
• services.exe
• taskmgr.exe
• winup32.exe
• winusers.exe

Hi everything was fine , i went to test my email again and it give me server error 503 . plus the software is telling me that i need remote cam software and to down load it from server , i hit ok and nothing happened . not sure what is going on .

WEll i bougth the lincesed item a weeks days ago and it works great with my computer but wen i send it to the other remote computer it says its connected and online for a few min then it says its offline all the time wen its not. i have given permision to the file to install and run but it still gets offline plz help me solve this problem i hav send them 5 emails and no answered i would like to see wat i need to do or at least they can tell me wat i can do so i can intalls win spy in the ohtr comp manually but with all the passwords and settings dat i have on the main computer

I have purchased the licence and installed the software.First,it started to stop displaying the screen shots and failed to send logs.I contacted win-spy and they sent me 2 links.One to uninstall the current version and two to install new version.Uninstall link worked however the install did not.So I used the original install files but now I can not run the program using the hotkeys.Win-spy does not respond to my emails.I either want my money returned or a link to download an operating version.tks
