nod32 detected win32/spamtool.agent but it can\'t remove it

I don\'t speak english very well.

I don\'t know how that version of the Win32 got into my pc but my antivirus NOD32 shows the alert everytime I turn on my pc and whwn windows is already started. the antivirus says that virus is relocated in the cuarentena file. Everyday is the same. When I scan my pc the NOD32 doesn\'t detect any virus but everyday I turn on my pc the same alert is there. I haven\'t seen any other confuse situation in the pc but I don\'t want to have that virus in my pc.
