Problem Summary: Turn on Computer goes to fake

When I turn on my computer it goes to a "other user" screen. tried my username password, administrator...even just left it blank...no domain message.
It won't boot in safe mode just keep shutting down and going back to "other user" screen.

I can't get into my regular desktop to run virus scan or do any other repairs. Please help!!!
