I have noticed for quiet some time that my computer runs very slow. I have cleared my history several time and still the problem exist. Also I \'ve noticed for some time now that the words mail candygram appears in my AVG. What can be done to slove this problem?

I was on checking my mail and all of a sudden something popped up that I had virus\'s and to run this program. I did not run it but I did run my McAfee scan. When i logged on again I noticed at the bottom it indicated waiting for yeild manager. A minute or 2 it logged me on.
