I needed to edit this post since I\'ve found some more information (sorry for the title it is misleading now - servers are in a domain)

I have few Windows 2003 servers - Domain
few days ago we started seen crashes of netapi32.dll

There is a domain user logged on all the time - everything seems to be working but, when you log in to the domain on the server with administrator you get a crash...


here are the events:
Application Log : Faulting application svchost.exe, version 5.2.3790.3959, faulting module netapi32.dll, version 5.2.3790.3959, fault address 0x000000000001e626.

System Log : The Application Experience Lookup Service service terminated unexpectedly. It has done this 1 time(s). The following corrective action will be taken in 60000 milliseconds: Restart the service.
