New viruses, trojans and spyware appear almost every day. True Sword should know about this newcomers in order to manage them and guard your computer efficiently. Please, update True Sword's database at least once a week. By default, True Sword will remind you of necessity of updating databases once a week. You can change this warning period or even turn off reminder in General tab of Options dialog.

You can update True Sword's database in two ways:

1) Directly from Internet. This method is ideal for users of computers, that have direct access to Internet.

2) From local file. This method is ideal for users of computers, that have no direct access to Internet. In this case you first should manually download database updates from our website and then update True Sword from this downloaded files.

In both cases to start update process you should click on Update button of True Sword's main window. Update Wizard will appear. Then follow instructions of Wizard and finish updating process. If you encounter some problems while updating databases, please, consult our support team.
