I accidently installed zango onto my computer..I didnt want that program in the first place, shortly after installation i been having problems with my internet explorer, and norton 360...the internet explorer wont open half the time, it keeps saying windows is searching for a solution, then never finds one..then my identity protection on my norton 360 keeps shutting off every 2 to 5 minnutes..and im getting sick of it.

Problem Summary: HOW TO DELETE ORPHAN APPS FROM ADD/REMOVE PROGRAM

I have deleted my folder prior deleting the program in add/remove. Now the entry is on the add/remove but it wont delete since theres is no folder. I have empty recycle bin, so i can recover it. I also went to registry and deleted from HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE \ SOFTWARE \ Microsoft \ Windows \ CurrentVersion \ Uninstall.

So how can I delete the entry from add/remove program?

Problem Summary: zongo sucks

i mistakenly downloaded zongo trying to watch a video. had nothing but heartache since. computer slowed down to the point i wanted to drop it in the dumpster. i found a free spyware program and it told me zongo was a high risk problem but was unable to fix via the free anti spyware prog i downloaded. i went to add/remove programs and got rid of it. life was good. in trying to watch another video zongo started downloading without warning and my computer slowed down imediatly, so suddenly i couldnt stop the zongo download couldnt log off or shut down. my power button wouldnt even shut the thing off. so i unplugged it. when i rebooted my computer it was so slow i wanted to cry. i went to the add/remove program and zongo was nowhere to be found. today i went to list some items on ebay and after wasting 3 hrs and still not completeing my first listing i felt it was in my best interest to give up. if you can fix this i will sing your praises from the rooftops.
