Here are the descriptions of problems connected with Adware.CDN and winlogon.exe we received earlier:

Problem Summary: Possible adware, cdn ifection - nedd help

Hello,

Actually I am not sure of what is the type of infection that is taking place on my Windows 7 PC.

That is what is happening:

I open my webbrowser (Google Chrome), it seems ok. I open one RANDOM URL and it seems OK. But when I click somewhere (could be a button, or even any blank space on the webpage site) the browser opens another instance of it (another page - not just another TAB). This new page is opened behind the one that I was originally navigating and it tries to show me pop-ups and other pages with software offers.

Everytime this happens, the first page that opens has the address cdn.staticwebdom.com on its title bar, which shows up for a few seconds and, just after that it loads pages from www.mygreatsoft.com and others.

In other times, when I click on a blank spot on a website page it replaces the page where I was to an offer from some cinema-plus "service".

My system runs Microsoft Security Essential and Max Spyware Detector.

I have already tried to run AdwCleaner, MalwareBytes and HitmanPro, which eliminated many items (softwares, files, registry entries, cookies - that were indeed suspicious) but none of them got rid of the problem that I am trying to describe here in this form.

Could anyone try to help me please?

I thank you in advance, Otavio Costa
