Whenever I press the Caps Lock key, a notification from Dell's Quickset application will show up on the screen indicating that Caps Lock has been toggled. The problem is that it interrupts all the other programs running. If I am typing something and press Caps Lock, explorer will leave that window and I will have to click on it again to keep typing. If I am playing a game that uses the whole screen and I press Caps Lock, it will minimize the game! This only happens when I press Caps Lock.
