Problem Summary: Completely remove Documents to Go from Blackberry

I can't completely remove Documents to Go from my Blackberry. I can uninstall it, but it still shows up in Desktop Manager (unchecked) and the delete button is greyed out. This is a problem because I want to install a newer version (2.0) and it doesn't work because the old one (1.0) is still there. I even tried wiping and resetting to factory, it won't go away. On the application list on the BB it doesn't show up at all, but it is still there somewere because I can reinstall it from Desktop Manager without giving it the path to the installation files on the HDD (which are long deleted anyway).
