Problem Summary: MWSnap will not ''freeze'' the picture and leaves the capture ''live''

MWS is supposed to freeze the intended capture from a live streaming source so one can post the picture in a blog.
My program no longer does this . ALSO the program does not appear in my ADD/REMOVE program list!!!! So I cannot un install it.
