SafeSearch copies its file(s) to your hard disk. Its typical file name is ??plorer.exe. Then it creates new startup key with name SafeSearch and value ??plorer.exe. How to remove SafeSearch manually

This problem can be solved manually by deleting all registry keys and files connected with SafeSearch, removing it from startup list and unregistering all corresponding DLLs. Additionally missing DLL's should be restored from distribution in case they are corrupted by SafeSearch.

To get rid of SafeSearch, you should:

Mozilla Firefox

• Open Firefox
