I believe I've gotten a virus. I got it 2 days ago.

While I'm doing stuff on my computer, suddenly a popup comes, and asks if I want to give access to something. I just click cancel, since I don't trust it.

I get my task manager up, and I see that the firefox.exe is up. Wich is kind of weird, since I don't got the firefox program up, and when I open firefox, I got 2 of firefox.exe up. I don't know how to delete the firefox.exe file, or how to remove the virus.

Problem Summary: firefox.exe cannot end/runs on startup and volume control freezes computer

I constantly have a firefox.exe running in processes that once i end, it simply restarts. However the memory usage is alot lower than the 'real firefox'. Also when i attempt to adjust my volume either on my keyboard or taskbar, the computer freezes to where i can move the mouse but not click, alt+tab, or Ctrl+alt+del.

I have scanned with bitdefender, superantispyware, and spyhunter in safemode and they have showed nothing.
