Problem Summary: Trojan infection

Some of my msn contacts have been complaining lately that they keep receiving weight loss pill links and such from my account. After reading up on the problem, I downloaded MSNCleaner.exe which is supposedly a great tool for removing msn garbage. I followed the instructions for the program (reboot in safe mode, run, and restart normally). After my comp loaded up, my desktop background was changed and my security center as well as some features of Ad-Ware (Lavasoft) were shut off. I couldn't turn them back on. I also noticed a spike in memory usage. After conducting a scan with Ad-Ware, it turned out that the msn cleaner tool was a "Win32.Trojan.Small".

Thank you in advance!
